Behold, the light stick!
Pointy Shoes & Broken Thumbs spent weeks researching and pondered how to fix the corner of the living room that often ended up as the dumping ground for piles of stuff.
The room needed height and a deterrent for mess so Pointy Shoes & Broken Thumbs settled on acquiring a tall light to fit this need.
Being a photography nerd, Broken Thumbs wished for a photography light that he might use as a spotlight as well and found a few options. The only one that seemed large enough and within a reasonable price range (thanks to a half off holiday sale) was located at a certain ‘furniture store #2’.
When Pointy Shoes & Broken Thumbs arrived at ‘furniture store #2’, a floor model was found on sale for 30% off. When the floor model was closely inspected, Pointy Shoes noticed that a knob and a screw head was missing and called the manager over. She offered 48% off and we were sold.
While this new living room addition has added great dimension to our living room layout, Pointy Shoes is not sure that it will work as a photography light.
