They have very little money, and a vast array of nice power tools at their disposal, so they inevitably must learn to enjoy DIY-ing every single project themselves, as much as possible.
you have your work cut out for you! but just think, since you last moved only a year ago – you don’t have as much to move (if that is at all comforting). and now that you are going to your new place, you won’t have to move again any time soon (now that IS a comforting thought). :o))
